We didn't just help athletes get to the US. We made that journey ourselves, and know every step from the inside.

How it started

Both founders came to the US on athletic scholarships, graduated from American universities and now coach here. We worked the system out first-hand, and now walk other athletes through it.

  • Our Mission

We want every athlete from CIS to know, the path to an American university through sport is real. And to have someone who has walked that path and knows how to guide them.

  • Our Vision

A world where a talented swimmer from Kazakhstan or a basketball player from Belarus is not stopped by not knowing the system. Where sport opens doors to education and a new life, not closes them.

Our Values

We are former athletes: we earned scholarships, graduated from US universities and now coach here. We know the system from both sides, as athletes and as coaching staff.

  • 01

    We walked this path ourselves

Vladimir and Alisha are not just consultants. They are former athletes who earned scholarships, graduated from US universities and now coach here. We know from the inside what works and what does not, and we say so honestly.

  • 02

    Honesty before the contract

If you have no real chance, we will say so before we take your money. We don't take clients just for the numbers. Results matter to us, not payment.

  • 03

    Results, not promises

Our reputation is built on real contracts with universities, not beautiful words. Every athlete we helped is proof that the system works.
